OUR STORY
I am Esther, owner of The Yumyum CAKES Company, based in Nottingham. My passion for all things cakey began after my son's 2nd birthday. After struggling to get my precious little one the right cake, I decided to attend a cake decorating class, started baking at home with a scale he won at nursery, during a raffle and on his 3rd birthday I created my son's birthday cake for the first time and always have since then. Friends and family started asking for cakes and raved about how yummy they were. So in 2016, Esther's Yumyum Cakes was born. Owning a cake business has opened an artistic side to me, I never knew existed. I continue to educate myself on the art of baking and cake decorating as well as safety in food hygiene and catering. I am obsessed with the art of cake decorating. and enjoy creating yumyum flavours for my Yumyum Cakes Family.
